All of our biscuits & barkery treats (except our pup pretzels) will last up to five months at room temperature. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Pup pretzels have a shelf life of three months. Cupcakes and cakes must remain refrigerated for up to three days.

Our biscuits only contain three ingredients and never have any preservatives inside of them. We offer Gluten Free, Grain Free, Nut Free, and Vegan options. We use rolled oats, oat flour, cocounut flour, single ingredient natural peanut butter, unsweetened applesauce, pure maple syrup, bananas, blueberries, and pure pumpkin. Our ingredients are ALWAYS listed on our bags/treats per NYS requirements.

Due to the perishable nature of dog treats, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order or a product, please contact us within 14 days of recieving your order. We reserve the right to limit replacements.

From the time you place your order online, please allow 7-10 days for it to be shipped. If your order is needed by a certain date, please contact us so we are aware.

Shipping is a flat rate cost of $6 and usually takes between 2-4 business days to arrvie via USPS.
